A corporate video in Charlotte costs between $1,500 and $10,000 for most businesses, and the number is driven by 5 things: how long the shoot runs, how many crew and cameras it takes, how many locations you need, how much editing the final piece needs, and how fast you need it back. A 1 minute single camera piece sits at the low end. A multi location brand film with interviews, b-roll, drone and motion graphics sits at the high end. This guide breaks down exactly what moves the number, what our own sample pricing looks like, and how to get a firm quote instead of a range.
Key Takeaways
- Most corporate videos land between $1,500 and $10,000. Broadcast style commercials and multi day brand films run higher.
- Shoot time, crew size, locations, editing hours and turnaround are the 5 cost drivers. Everything else is a footnote.
- Our sample pricing: a 1 minute corporate video from $1,500, a 2 minute video from $2,000, a 3 minute video from $2,500, and custom productions from $3,000.
- One shoot day can produce 4 to 8 finished pieces if you plan for it. That is the single biggest lever on cost per video.
- We quote custom packages to choose from after a scope call. You get a firm number, not a range.

Corporate Video Cost by Project Type

The 5 Things That Actually Move the Number
1. Shoot time
Crew time is the biggest line in any corporate video budget. A 2 hour single camera session covers 1 interview and some b-roll. A half day covers 2 to 3 interviews plus b-roll of the facility. A full day covers 4 to 6 interviews, a facility walkthrough, product shots and drone. As a reference point, our 2 hour single camera session starts at $500. Every hour you add buys footage that can be cut into more finished videos, which is why a full day is usually the better deal per video.
2. Crew size and cameras
A 1 person crew with 1 camera is the cheapest way to film and the most limiting way to edit. Interviews cut better with 2 cameras. Events need 2 cameras minimum so nothing is missed. We run a minimum 2 person crew on every shoot for that reason: 1 person on camera, 1 person on audio, lighting and the client. Each added camera operator, drone pilot or audio tech adds to the day rate, and each one buys coverage you cannot go back and get later.
3. Locations
Every location adds load in, setup, teardown and travel. Two locations across Charlotte can eat 90 minutes of a shoot day in moving alone. If your story can be told at 1 location, tell it there. If it truly needs 3, plan a full day and group the locations by geography. Travel outside the local service area adds a travel fee on most crews, ours included.
4. Editing hours
A clean 90 second interview piece with music and captions takes far fewer editing hours than a 3 minute brand film with a scripted voiceover, motion graphics, color grade and sound design. Editing is billed by the hour or built into the package. The cheapest way to control it is to lock a clear outline before the shoot, then give 1 consolidated round of feedback instead of 5 emails. Our standard package includes 1 revision round, which is enough when the outline was agreed up front.
5. Turnaround
Our standard turnaround is a rough cut in 5 to 7 business days and the final about 2 business days after your feedback. If you need it faster than that, a rush fee applies and we quote it up front before you commit. Rush work is real money because it displaces other clients on the calendar. Book 3 to 4 weeks ahead and you will never pay it.

Our Sample Corporate Video Pricing
We do not publish a rate card because a published number is wrong for almost everyone. We do publish samples so you can plan. These come straight from our quotes:
- Corporate 1 minute video: from $1,500
- 2 minute video: from $2,000
- 3 minute video: from $2,500
- Custom productions: from $3,000
- 2 hour single camera session: from $500
- Drone coverage added to a shoot: typically $300 to $800
Every sample includes pre production planning, a professional crew with cinema cameras, lighting and audio, editing with music and captions, 1 revision round, and full usage and commercial rights. Shoot dates lock once a deposit is received and final files are released after full payment. Our pricing page explains how we scope a project and what is always included.
What Is Usually Not in a Corporate Video Quote
Read the fine print on any quote, ours included. These items are typically quoted separately because they vary wildly by project:
- Professional on camera talent or actors
- Location rental fees and permits
- Extensive motion graphics or 2D and 3D animation
- Licensed music beyond a standard library track
- Travel beyond the local service area
- Extra revision rounds after the included round
- Rush turnaround
None of these are a problem. They are just decisions to make before the shoot, not surprises after it.
How to Cut Cost Without Cutting Quality
Shoot once, cut many. The most expensive part of the day is getting a crew, gear and your people in the same room. Once that is paid for, every extra finished video is mostly editing. A single full day shoot can produce a 3 minute brand film, 3 testimonial cuts, 6 vertical clips for social and a recruiting piece. Plan the shot list with all of those in mind and your cost per video drops fast.
Lock the outline first. Most budget overruns come from changing the story in the edit. If the message, the speakers and the shot list are agreed before shoot day, the edit is fast and the revision round is small.
Prepare your people. A speaker who knows the 3 points they need to make gets it in 2 takes. A speaker who is winging it takes 12. Our guide on how to prepare for a corporate video shoot covers what to send your speakers before the crew arrives, and our corporate video production page shows the kind of work this planning produces.
Consider a monthly program. If you need video every month, a one off quote is the wrong tool. Our Monthly Content Creation programs start at $2,000 a month and include the shoot, editing, captions and delivery on a schedule. For companies that publish consistently, the cost per finished video is a fraction of one off pricing.
Corporate Video Cost FAQ
How much does a 2 minute corporate video cost?
From $2,000 in our sample pricing. A 2 minute piece with 2 interviews, b-roll at 1 location and a clean edit is one of the most common corporate videos we produce. Add drone, a second location or motion graphics and the number moves up.
Why do quotes from different companies vary so much?
Crew size, gear, experience and what is included. One quote may be a single operator with a mirrorless camera and no lighting. Another may be a 3 person crew with cinema cameras, a dedicated audio tech and a producer managing the day. Always ask what is included, how many revision rounds you get, and whether usage rights are covered.
Is it cheaper to hire a freelancer?
Often, for a simple 1 camera job. For anything with multiple speakers, an event, or a deadline that matters, a crew with backup gear and a producer is cheaper in practice because nothing gets missed and nothing has to be reshot. We break this down in our comparison of a video production agency versus a freelance videographer.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Your shoot date is locked once the deposit is received. Final deliverables are released after full payment.
How fast can we get the finished video?
Rough cut in 5 to 7 business days, final about 2 business days after your feedback. Rush turnaround is available for an added fee that we quote up front.
