Construction Video Production in Charlotte, NC
Video production for general contractors, construction companies, and land developers. We document job sites, projects, and progress from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting.
Your Video Production Partner for Construction and Land Development
Final Cut Multimedia is a Charlotte based video production agency helping construction companies, general contractors, and land developers create professional video content that wins bids, attracts talent, and keeps marketing consistent.
Our primary focus is Monthly Content Creation. Construction firms get fresh professional video every month for project documentation, social media, recruiting, safety training, client updates, and ongoing campaigns. We work as an extension of your marketing team, not a crew you book once a year.
We also produce construction progress videos, drone video and aerial site footage, project completion films, safety and training videos, recruiting videos, client testimonial videos, and groundbreaking event coverage.

What We Produce for Construction Companies
Every deliverable below can run as a one time production or as part of a monthly retainer. Most of our construction and industrial clients start with 1 project and move to monthly content once they see what consistent footage does for bids and recruiting.
Construction Progress Videos
Recurring site visits that build a visual record of the project from clearing and grading through topping out and turnover.
Drone & Aerial Site Footage
Licensed Part 107 pilots capture site scale, phasing, and surrounding context that ground level cameras cannot show. See our drone video production work.
Project Completion Films
The finished asset, shot and cut as a marketing piece you can attach to proposals, award submissions, and your project portfolio.
Safety & Training Videos
Site orientations, visitor safety inductions, and equipment procedures produced to a standard your safety team can actually deploy. More on safety and training videos.
Recruiting Videos
Skilled trades hiring is a marketing problem. We film the crews, the work, and the culture so your job postings stop competing on pay alone.
Client & Partner Testimonials
Owners, developers, and repeat clients on camera saying what your proposal cannot. See our testimonial video work.
Groundbreaking & Ribbon Cutting
Full event coverage with photo and video, edited fast enough to post while the milestone still matters.
Monthly Content Creation
A set shoot schedule, a planned content calendar, and fixed turnaround so your marketing never waits on production.
Corporate & Brand Video
Company overview films, leadership interviews, and capability videos for the pages buyers check before they call. See corporate video production.
Construction Progress and Drone Video
Progress work is the backbone of a construction video program. Recurring site visits, fixed angles, and aerial passes that build a visual record from clearing and grading through topping out and turnover. It gives you a marketing asset, a record for the owner, and proof of pace for the next bid.

Multi Site Project Coverage
Developers and contractors rarely run 1 site at a time. We cover multiple locations on the same schedule and cut them individually or together, so every project gets its own asset and ownership still gets the full picture in 1 place.

Land Development and Project Completion Films
Raw land, offsite and modular builds, and finished facilities. These are the films that attach to proposals, award submissions, and the project pages buyers read before they ever call you.

Safety and Training Video for Construction and Industrial Crews
Safety video is the most underrated asset in construction. A site orientation or visitor induction gets watched by every subcontractor, vendor, and client rep who walks onto your project. It protects you, it standardizes the message, and it tells everyone your operation is run properly. We also produce PPE and equipment content for construction and industrial brands.

Testimonial and Interview Video for Contractors and Suppliers
Construction buyers check references before they check price. Testimonial and interview video puts those references on your website, in your proposals, and in your sales calls instead of leaving them on a reference sheet nobody calls.

Groundbreaking, Topping Out, and Ribbon Cutting Coverage
Milestone events are the easiest content a construction company will ever get, and the easiest to waste. We cover the event, capture the leadership remarks and the handshakes, and deliver a short edit while it is still current, plus stills your team can post the same week.
New Construction
A single project film is a moment. A monthly content partnership is momentum.
How a Construction Video Retainer Works
Scope and Content Plan
We walk the project list with you, map what needs documenting, and build a shoot calendar against your milestones and marketing goals.
Recurring Site Days
We shoot on a set schedule. Progress gets captured as it happens instead of whenever someone remembers to pull out a phone.
Safety and Site Compliance
Our crew shows up with the required PPE, follows your site rules, and coordinates access through your superintendent so nothing stops.
Fixed Turnaround
Editing and delivery run on a set turnaround. Long form project films, short vertical cuts for social, and stills from the same visit.
One Point of Contact
Our Operations Director, Jane Caillio, runs the account day to day. You get 1 person to call instead of chasing a crew.
Why Charlotte Contractors Choose Final Cut Multimedia
We have produced video and photography in the Charlotte region for more than 20 years, across 500+ projects. That means we know the market, the drive times, the realities of shooting around a live site, and the airspace around Charlotte Douglas that a lot of drone operators get wrong.
It also means we are built for ongoing work. Most video companies sell a project. We sell a partnership, which is why our construction and industrial clients keep us on monthly instead of re bidding a shoot every time they need content. Our team handles planning, filming, editing, and delivery so your marketing lead can stay on marketing.
We serve contractors and developers across Charlotte, Huntersville, Concord, Gastonia, Mooresville, Ballantyne, Rock Hill, and the surrounding Carolinas. See our full Charlotte video production services.
A Production Team You Can Count On
Final Cut Multimedia is built around an experienced production team that understands how to turn business goals into visual content. Producers, camera operators, licensed drone pilots, and editors who work as 1 crew from planning through final delivery.
Great video production starts with preparation. Before cameras roll, our team learns the project, the audience, the message, and the result you want. On production day we arrive prepared, organized, and focused on capturing everything the story needs, then we get off your site.
Our production team leads the crew in the field. Jane Caillio keeps the schedule, the communication, and the deliverables on track. You always know what is shooting next and what is landing when.

Construction Video Production FAQs
How much does construction video production cost in Charlotte?
It depends on scope, not on a list price. A single project completion film, a recurring progress series, and a full monthly content retainer are 3 very different budgets. Send us the project list and we will come back with custom packages to choose from.
Do you fly drones on active job sites?
Yes. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 licensed and we handle airspace authorization where it is required. We coordinate flight windows with your superintendent so we are not flying over active crews.
Can you work inside our safety requirements?
Yes. Our crew carries standard PPE, completes site specific orientations, and works to your contractor rules. We have produced safety and orientation video inside operating industrial facilities.
How long does a construction video take to deliver?
Retainer clients get a fixed turnaround agreed up front, usually inside 2 weeks of the shoot. One off project films depend on scope and are scheduled at booking.
Do you only cover Charlotte?
Charlotte is our base. We regularly travel across North and South Carolina for clients, including multi site work for construction, industrial, and dealership groups.
