Crown Auto Group
Car dealership video production, photography, social and reporting for a 3 location Carolinas dealership group on a monthly retainer, and what it produced in 2026: 2,937 phone calls, 15,641 website clicks and 221 Google reviews.

The Client
Crown Auto Group sells quality pre owned cars, trucks and SUVs across 3 locations in North and South Carolina. Multiple rooftops means multiple inventories, multiple sales teams and multiple social audiences.
All of it needs fresh content every month. All of it has to stay consistent with 1 brand.
The Challenge
Crown Auto Group needed a consistent way to create professional visual content across its dealership marketing.
With inventory constantly changing, promotions happening throughout the month and social media requiring fresh content, creating everything internally can quickly become difficult to manage.
The goal was not simply to produce better looking videos. It was to build a reliable production and reporting system that gave Crown fresh content every month and a clear picture of what that content was actually doing.

What The Program Produced In 2026
These are Crown Auto Group’s own numbers, tracked by our team across all 3 lots and reported back to ownership every month. The figures below cover January through August 2026.
Source: Crown Auto Group 2026 Performance Report, built and maintained by Final Cut Multimedia. February is not included because it was not reported.
Month By Month
Content went out on a schedule, and the numbers moved with it. July and August were the 2 strongest call months of the year.
| Month | Phone Calls | Website Clicks | Reviews Completed |
|---|---|---|---|
| January | 328 | 2,163 | 24 |
| March | 438 | 2,410 | 31 |
| April | 449 | 2,471 | 31 |
| May | 423 | 2,048 | 36 |
| June | 370 | 2,049 | 31 |
| July | 462 | 2,232 | 37 |
| August | 467 | 2,268 | 31 |
| Total | 2,937 | 15,641 | 221 |
The Review Program, Lot By Lot
Reviews are the first thing a car buyer checks. We send the requests, monitor what comes back and manage the responses, then report the conversion rate for every location so ownership can see which lot is winning and which one needs attention.
Every review gets a response inside 24 hours. Negative reviews get acknowledged, answered and taken offline where we can resolve them. Reviews that violate Google policy or come from people who were never customers get submitted for removal, and anything sensitive goes to management instead of being answered on a public page.
| Location | Requests Sent | Links Clicked | Click Rate | Reviews Completed | Completion Rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ashley Road, Charlotte | 157 | 108 | 68.8% | 98 | 62.4% |
| Rock Hill, SC | 136 | 114 | 83.8% | 100 | 73.5% |
| Whiteville, NC | 62 | 28 | 45.2% | 23 | 37.1% |
| All Locations | 355 | 250 | 70.4% | 221 | 62.3% |
Rock Hill converts 73.5% of every review request into a published Google review. The industry norm for review request conversion sits in the single digits to low teens.
Star Ratings Moved
Rock Hill has not dropped below 4.9 stars on Google at any point in 2026 and sits at 5.0 today. Ashley Road opened the year at 4.8 and climbed to a full 5.0 by June after we tightened the review request cadence and started responding to every review that came in.
Before we built the current reporting system, Crown’s star ratings were buried in a notes column on a spreadsheet. Now every lot is tracked as a data point, month over month, so a slip gets caught in weeks instead of quarters.
August 2026: 45% More Views, 3x The Engagement
In August we grew Crown’s Facebook views 45% over July, 2,014 against 1,387, and tripled engagement, 29 against 9. The top post of the month was a reel that reached 230 people organically with no ad spend behind it.
Reels reach roughly 3x more people than photo posts on this account, so we shifted the monthly mix toward reels. A single flyer we produced for the Whiteville Truck Show earned 8 shares on its own. That is the advantage of a team watching the numbers every month instead of posting and hoping.
What We Handle Every Month
Crown Auto Group is on our Monthly Content Creation retainer. We function as their in house media department without the overhead of one.
Inventory Photography
Clean, consistent vehicle photo sets shot to a repeatable standard, so every listing looks like it belongs to the same dealership.
Monthly Video Content
Inventory spotlights, dealership brand videos, staff features and short form social video built for how buyers actually scroll.
Ad Scripts & Creative
We write the spots, not just shoot them. Campaign concepts are planned against promotions and what the sales floor needs to move.
Social Media Management
Weekly posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, plus stories, comments and direct messages answered, coordinated centrally so every location stays active and on brand.
Reputation Management
Real time alerts on every new review, a response inside 24 hours, positive or negative. Policy violating and false reviews get submitted to Google for removal, and sensitive issues get escalated to management.
Monthly Reporting
Calls, clicks, reviews and star ratings for all 3 lots, month over month, in 1 live report ownership can open any time.
Ownership Sees The Numbers, Not A Pile Of Files
Most dealerships never find out whether their content is working. We built Crown a live performance report that updates every month and answers that question on 1 screen.
Dashboard
Year to date calls, clicks, reviews and completion rate, plus review performance and Google star rating broken out by location. It builds itself.
Monthly Data
Calls, website clicks, review requests, link clicks and completed reviews entered per lot, per month, with month over month change calculated automatically.
Star Ratings
Every lot’s Google rating logged at month end and tracked as real data, so a drop gets flagged instead of buried in notes.
Highlights
3 lines per month: what won, what to watch and what we do next. No wall of text, nothing ownership has to decode.
Every Lot Counted
Whiteville previously reported reviews but no traffic at all, so a third of the account was invisible. Every location is now on the same reporting.
Quarterly Review
Ownership gets the numbers monthly and a strategy conversation quarterly, so the content plan changes based on results.
The Same 2 People, Every Month
Crown has 1 person to call and a named team behind her, not a rotating crew and a shared inbox. Production, posting, review management and reporting run on 1 schedule and land in 1 monthly report.

Jane Caillio
Operations Director, Final Cut Multimedia
Jane is engineering the system the Crown accounts run on. Inventory photography, video production, review management and monthly reporting across all 3 lots move through 1 pipeline she designs and controls, where every shoot, edit, post and deliverable exists as a tracked task with a named owner.
She is automating the parts most agencies still do by hand. Onboarding and contracts fire on triggers instead of reminders, client calls are transcribed and turned into assigned action items, and the monthly reporting behind this page runs on a system she builds and maintains. Daily review and social work run under her direction.
- Designs and controls the production pipeline across all 3 locations
- Automates onboarding, contracts and account setup
- Builds the monthly reporting behind Crown’s performance data
- Turns call transcripts into assigned action items
- Owns the shoot calendar, built against promotion dates
- Controls deliverable turnaround, file structure and approvals

Geneva Scott
Social Media & Reputation Manager, Final Cut Multimedia
Geneva runs the part of the account that never stops. Every new review across all 3 lots triggers an alert, gets read, and gets a response inside 24 hours, positive or negative.
She plans and posts the weekly content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, answers the comments and messages, files removal requests on reviews that break Google policy or come from people who were never customers, and reports what actually moved at the end of every month.
- Real time alerts on every new review
- Responses inside 24 hours, every review
- Removal requests on false and policy violating reviews
- Weekly posting across 4 platforms
- Comments, messages and stories answered
- Monthly review and social performance reporting

How The Partnership Works
Recurring Shoot Schedule
We shoot on a set schedule so content never runs dry. Inventory gets photographed as it lands instead of whenever someone remembers to ask.
Planned Against Promotions
Video production is mapped ahead against seasonal campaigns, promotions and the units the dealership needs to move.
Fixed Turnaround
Editing and delivery run on a set turnaround, so the marketing calendar never waits on production.
Reported Every Month
Calls, clicks, reviews and star ratings by location land in ownership’s hands monthly, and the next month’s plan is built off what those numbers say.
One Point Of Contact
Our Operations Director, Jane Caillio, engineers the system this account runs on and directs it day to day. Crown has 1 person to call instead of chasing a crew.
A single commercial is a moment. A monthly content partnership is momentum.
Quick Tip Tuesdays: Content That Runs Every Week
Promotions sell to buyers who are ready today. Quick Tip Tuesdays keep Crown in front of everyone else. A recurring maintenance tip series, shot in batches, scheduled out across the month and built to give the service drive a reason to exist on social media between sales campaigns.
This is the part most dealerships skip, and it is the part that makes a page worth following.

Why The Retainer Model Wins For Dealerships
Dealerships that post consistently stay visible between purchase cycles, which matters when the average buyer is in market for weeks before they ever walk a lot. Consistent photography makes inventory look more valuable online.
Active, well managed social pages build trust before the first conversation. Handled reviews protect the reputation every one of those buyers checks first. None of it works unless content gets produced on a schedule and measured after it goes out. That is the entire point of the retainer.
